Items that do not require a hechsher

This is a list of products that do not require kosher certification1.

NOTE: The list below combines information from the Star K and other sources as well.  Because of ongoing changes in methods of food production, we recommend you always check with your own local Vaad or Orthodox Rabbi for the most up to date information.  And, let us know if you become aware of changes to this list.  When in doubt, always look for a reliable hechsher.
